It’s pretty good, but I would up the absinthe to a bar spoon and cut the simple to 1/4oz. Very enjoyable
Well, the Lyre's is out of stock everwhere. However I did find a Liquor Quik Absinthe Vert on Amazon which is N/A. In any case, since it's just a rinse, I will use Herbsaint.
Will try this tonight!
