Let’s make this recipe easy. You have enough on your plate making habit changes and entering Dry January.

I created the 11:11 Cocktail to celebrate a friend’s new venture, Plant Magic Bottle Shop, a store specializing in functional beverages1. These drinks incorporate ingredients like hemp and mushrooms, known for their calming or energizing properties. We debuted the 11:11 Cocktail during Plant Magic’s grand opening on January 2.

The 11:11 Cocktail is a variation on the classic Champagne Cocktail—a sparkling wine Old Fashioned—traditionally made with sparkling wine, sugar, and aromatic bitters.

For this non-alcoholic version, I recommend using Ish Sparkling White Alcohol-Free Wine, though many NA sparkling wines work well. To the sparkling wine, I added The Pathfinder Hemp & Root, an herbal bitter liqueur, and a dash of All the Bitters Aromatic Bitters to replace the sugar and bitters of the original recipe.
